Development of Chemistry Textbooks Based Scientific Approach in Efforts to Implement Prototype Curriculum at Schools

The purpose of research is to develop the chemistry textbook based on scientific approach in implementing prototype curriculum schools. development textbooks uses type R & D. D model used ADDIE which has five Phases, namely (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) (evaluation). At analysis carried out with initial participant students, task concept formulating learning objectives. Phase design preparation core competency (KI) basic competencies (KD), grid/framework module, draft module. includes assessment expert team developed textbooks. Implementation evaluation phase trials see effectiveness subjects consisted 9 teachers’ chemical. Data collection determine feasibility products that have been through a validation questionnaire filled by experts response teachers are also students. results showed -based received very feasible be tested for its use learning. Next, teacher's students towards at trial classified as category implemented In addition, effectively textbook.
